  • Ingredients:
    Ingredients: ● 750 grams of red potatoes and mealy.● 1 medium onion.● 1 clove of garlic.● 2 tablespoons cornstarch.● Sal● Pepper● Butter.● 2 cups of cream.● 2 cups milk.● 150g gratedcheeseor gruyere enmental
  • Preparation: Peel the potatoes, wash and slice little thicker than for tortilla Salpimentarlas. Peel and chop the garlic and onion finely and mix.
    Butter a baking dish and place in the bottom layer patatas. Espolvorearwith cornstarch and sprinkle with the onion mixture and garlic and grated cheese.
    Place another layer of potatoes, cornstarch and onion mixture and garlic continue until finishing with a layer of potatoes.
    Mix the cream with milk, season with salt and pepper and pour over potatoes.
    Cover the dish with foil and place in oven, preheated to 200 º for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 175 º and let 1 / 2 hour more. Remove the paper and sprinkle with a good layer of grated cheese and broil for 15 minutes.
