About uBoost is a web-based, recognition platform for K-12 students whereby points are awarded for academic achievement and redeemed for relevant rewards. Recognition from all constituencies (peers, parents, and teachers) motivates and inspires students to put forth maximum effort. uBoost enables educators to reinforce positive behaviors and, as a result, improve student learning outcomes. We work directly with educational publishers, district administrators and private education companies to design and implement recognition and rewards programs that further their missions. Most recently we have teamed with Vanderbilt’s National Center for Performance Incentives to study recognition.
