Most of the toolbars are common in Office applications butmay feature options unique to PowerPoint. ● Title Bar - displays the document name followed by a program name. ● Menu Bar - contains a list of options to manage and customize documents. It includes file menu which we can Save presentation from it, edit menu, format menu which we can change background color from it and format our presentation, insert menu which we can use it to add pictures and many things, window menu, help menu, view menu, slideshow menu and tool menu. ● Standard Toolbar - contains shortcut buttons for the most popular commands. ● Formatting Toolbar - contains buttons used for formatting.
