    • Canada Pt3 By: Sonya Sheets
    • Contemporary Political Issues
      • Canada is constantly debating the fundamental law of it’s country, just as America debates un constitutional laws.
      • “ This debate can be traced back to the Royal Proclamation.”
      • This is very similar to the Proclamation of Paris.
      • Since the Constitution act of 1867, Canada, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick was now proclaimed apart of the country Canada.
      • The Treaty of Paris insured that New Britain and New France (Canada) could keep Guadalupe under political and economical control.
      • Since these acts, Canada was also focusing on
      • The division of powers of the country
      • The way the Constitution should be amended
      • And the Inclusion of Civil rights into the Constitution
      • Soon, the Country will be over run with Liberal perspective.
      • Canada is constantly at war with the Civil right’s act when in fact, the Legislative power of the government can easily over rule the Civil rights of the common Canadian individual.
