  • 9. What would you try if you knew you could not fail?
  • 10. Even Thomas Edison failed 1000 times before he invented the light bulb
  • 11. Take these steps to overcome procrastination:
  • 12. Step 1 Analyze why you procrastinate (a fear of failure? A sense of dread? An action that will expose something unpleasant?)
  • 13. Step 2 Tell yourself it’s okay to be human. Don’t be a perfectionist. No one likes to hang out with perfectionists!
  • 14. Step 3 Break larger steps down into many smaller steps
  • 15. Step 4 Pair something unpleasant with something fun
  • 16. Step 5 Accept the thing that you do not like that is keeping you from being productive
  • 17. Accepting does not mean liking. Accepting means you are honest about it and choose to address it in yourself
  • 18. Step 6 Create default options – things you know will happen if you take no action
