Key FindingsReligion plays a key role in the lives of ourMillennials. 81% of our Millennials identifythemselves as religious, spiritual or both. 73% saidthat they at least sometimes consider their faith orreligion when making their day-to-day decisionscompared to the 14% who rarely do and 13%who never do.Our Millennials are actively practicing what theybelieve and contributing to religious organizations.Regardless of their beliefs, 73% of our Millennialshave given their time and 69% have given theirmoney to support a religious organization. Whenasked how often they practice, 33% said daily andanother 15% responded at least once a week.As our Millennials get older they tend to become less religious. 40% of ourMillennials said that they practice less than in the past compared to the25% who practice more, however religion seems to be a family activity forour Millennials who do practice. 41% of our Millennials always or usuallypractice their religion with their family, compared to 26% who practice withtheir significant other and 18% with their friends.Faith & Religion Report 2013 What Millennials Really Think About Faith & Religion
