2. Square your body up with the goal.
Make sure your shoulders, hips, and feet
are square to the basket.
This will help you get good balance and
accuracy on your jump shot.
3. Make sure your feet are shoulder width
apart.
Knees are bent.
And your shooting hand should be behind
the basketball and your other hand should
be on the side of the basketball to guide it.
4. Keep your shooting elbow in.
Make sure when you shoot, the elbow on
your shooting hand is aligned vertically
with your forearm.
Follow through with your shooting hand in
order to get arc on your shot.
Make sure you snap your wrist.
