  2. 2. If you wish to take lessons, go to “Lesson requests” page,choose the lesson you are interested in, and click the button“Take lesson” near the corresponding lesson. After that thelesson is moved to “My lessons schedule” page
  3. 3. When student needs a lesson right now, he placesInstant tutoring lesson request.You can see it at “Lesson requests” page marked withgreen letter “I” and start time “Right now!”.The compensation for such lessons is 30% higher.Such lessons start as soon as you click “Take lesson” button
  4. 4. When a new lesson request is received, all tutors of the specifiedsubject receive Email notification about it.If lesson was already taken by another tutor before you opened“Lesson requests” page, it is marked as“Taken by another Tutor”
  5. 5. If you need to specify any lesson details or just ask Customerabout anything, use our messaging system – button“New Message”. It is available at both “Lessons requests” and“My lessons schedule” pages
  6. 6. You can see which lessons are assigned to you and theirscheduled time at “My lesson schedule” page
  7. 7. If you took lesson by mistake, you can refuse from it at“My lesson schedule” page.IMPORTANT! Do not refuse from the lesson just beforethe lesson start. We need time to findanother tutor for the lesson

  9. 9. If the Customer is online, the button “Start lesson” becomesactive. You can negotiate with the Customer and start lessonearlier if he/she agrees.The button becomes automatically active 10 min before thelesson starts. Click it to enter the classroom.
  10. 10. If you clicked “Start lesson” button BY MISTAKE and classroom wasopened, you are to close the classroom tab of your browser orclassroom window at all, using the button marked green.DO NOT click “Complete” button marked red.
  11. 11. When you click the button “Start lesson”, you will appear in theonline classroom. The customer can enter the classroomONLY when the tutor is already online.On the picture above, you can see thatTutor Julia is online
  12. 12. Then the customer enters the classroom.You can see that Customer John is online.
  13. 13. Before you start the lesson, check that all communication tools areon, both for you and the Customer: microphone, chat, whiteboard.Mind that it is you who turn on the tools for the Customer
  14. 14. You can use camera during the lessons. To do this:1. Confirm in chat the Customer has a camera at his PC.2. Activate video broadcast clicking the icon marked with green arrow3. Click the button indicated with red arrow.4. Ask Customer to click the same button.
  15. 15. You can talk with the customer using the chat boxin the right bottom corner of the classroom.
  16. 16. You can also have audio chat with the Tutor. To activate it, please:1. Have your PC microphone on2. Click the button marked on the picture3. Confirm the Customer turned on the microphone as well
