Summary Contd…  Family participated in the celebration of annual Shri Sita Ram Kalyanam ceremony.  Mother & Grandmother narrated stories from the Ramayana & the Prophet’s life.  At fifth standard, a new school teacher made him sit on the back bench because of being a Muslim.  The teacher was rebuked by Laxman Shastri-father of Ramnadha Shastri.  Science teacher-Shivasubramania Iyer-motivated him to grow above the social barrier.  After the World War II was over, he went to Head Quarters in Ramnathpuram for further study.  Mother hesitant but father encouraged.
