The MTL vision- schools and HEIs working together in a wholly collaborative way At the heart of the MTL is a new and exciting relationship: one where HEIs and schools work together as consortia and, from the outset, both design and deliver the MTL in schools. Graham Holley- Chief Executive TDA The MTL level of collaboration involves schools and HEIs taking on equal and shared responsibility and accountability for the development, design and delivery of the MTL.
