  • skippyski Michael Landau, Western Region Partner Sales at Stormsale Nice job Troy. I am always think the brand/company has to be asking for more engagement , a beand evangelist will bring more opportunity in drive revenue, and lets face it that is the bottom line, to find new sources of revenue. I feel a Fan Page should help drive the buying decision in some fashion. 2 years ago

  • tthompson Troy Thompson, Principal at Travel 2.0 Consulting Group Virtual Assistant Inc. - All data sources are listed within the presentation, bottom left corner. Engagement Rate and Post Interaction Rate numbers are real examples from current clients.

Heidi Hard - I don't think there is an industry average at this point. It is not an official FB metric, simply one that I use with my clients. That said, my clients are averaging right around a 30% impression feedback percentage.

I would recommend asking some industry peers / friends, compare and contrast and then share data / best practices with each other.

    Thanks for the questions!

  • tthompson Troy Thompson, Principal at Travel 2.0 Consulting Group Those 3 stats (each one of the red slides...8-10) are pulled from the ExactTarget: Subscribers, Fans and Followers Report. http://www.exacttarget.com/sff/index.html

In reading the methodology, it appears to be a combination of FB Insights and consumer surveys. But, full credit to the team at ExactTarget, they did the research on this one...I am simply examining and adapting the data for my audience.
