  4. 4. Ethics and Values <ul><li>Ethics- a group of morals that characterizes certain actions as right or wrong </li></ul><ul><li>Values- choices that indicate whether you are an ethical person </li></ul>
  5. 5. Integrity <ul><li>The adherence to values and ethical principles even when when not convenient or nobody will know the difference </li></ul><ul><li>What you do when nobody is looking </li></ul>
  6. 6. Know Thyself <ul><li>If you know who you are at your deepest level and let your values and ethics guide you, you can live with confidence that few situations will catch you off guard </li></ul>
