  2. 2. Avenue To Success • How is your cash flow? • Do you know and understand the Flow of Cash in your business as well as you know it in your household budget? • Are your Clients paying you in a timely manner?
  3. 3. Avenue To Success Today I will provide you with some recommendations for improving the second most important part of your business success. What is the first part? Making SALES!!!!

  5. 5. You and I both know that Cash Flow is King, but in our women-owned business’s, I like to say CASH FLOW is QUEEN! • • WHY? Because we are in charge of our own life and our business, and the results are ours to celebrate or worry and cry about. 
  6. 6. Avenue To Success • How many of you currently use a version of QuickBooks or QuickBooks Pro? • Do you know how to print out the Aging Report from your QuickBooks?
  7. 7. How many of you have Accounts Receivable? Do you have any outstanding invoices to customers that are over 60 days in arrears? IT IS NOT PISTACHIO NUTS!
  8. 8. I know it is so hard to call to collect what is past due but we must! It is YOUR money for Your products and service and time. It is owed to YOU! Do not give the customer an interest free loan! Have a Credit Policy and provide it with your contract or prior to the first invoice for services and/or products.
  9. 9. Now I am going to talk with you about the AVENUE TO SUCCESS that will resolve slow pay accounts, hopefully forever.
