Leadership TrainingI think this is the core of leadership. Nobody likes instructions. Few execute well when being told exactly what to do. Leave people room to develop their own approach, give guidance, not instruction. That is my five cents, anyway. I wrote more about this in Leadership From Below (2008), see www.leadershipfrombelow.com2 years ago

The crisis; Introspection for LeadersGreat set of slides. I can imagine these work really well in an intimate seminar where people are willing to discuss their own leadership styles. The fish is fantastic!2 years ago

Leadership QuotesGreat display of important leadership quotes. The Drucker one is good. However, even though he inspired the field of management, it has focused quite a lot on hierarchical leadership. I wonder why. What do you think of http://www.slideshare.net/trondau/leadership-from-below-presentation/?2 years ago

Winning With LeadershipI agree that we all can be leaders. However, it takes a leap of faith to come to that conclusion, see http://www.slideshare.net/trondau/leadership-from-below-presentation/
What do you think of my ideas in that regard?2 years ago
