  • 2. Evaluating the Need For Change Are you reaching the majority of your phonable alumni, parents and friends? Are you seeing increases in donors and/or dollars on an annual basis? Is your segmentation strategic and well integrated into the rest of your annual giving efforts? Do your reporting mechanisms provide the information you need for short and long term strategic analysis and planning?
  • 3. What changes will most likely help overcome your challenges? Internal changes – i.e. staffing, management practices, etc. Automation – home grown product Automation – off the shelf product Outsourcing – calls made from remote location Outsourcing – program professionally managed on your campus
  • 4. Implementing Changes Developing a timeline Getting your team on-board Developing objectives for implemented changes Roll-out
  • 5. Evaluating Changes Were the objectives reached? How can changes be fine tuned? If objectives weren’t reached, evaluating why not.
  • 6. Long Term Progress Ongoing evaluation of changes Updating/improving changes as necessary
