  • 1. Began his research and teaching career at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 1995, he founded a management laboratory in Boulder, Colorado, where he now conducts research and consults with executives from the corporate and social sectors.
  • 2.  Addresses a number of management, personnel, and operational practices, behaviors, and attitudes that are conducive to the good-to-great transition.  Define that a narrowly focused objective and field of competency needed.  Finally focus all of the company’s resources toward that area of strength.
