Plus method is applied here, which means your income is intact, the 8% does not come from your income, rather your income will just be used as the basis of the 8% to be awarded by the system to your presentors.)
A presentor could be any body as long as he/she is a member (he / she could be a cross-line member) who helped you explained the business to your prospects).
To encourage partnership or teamwork, the presentor must be other than yourself.
