Inspired by the joy New Orleans felt with the Saints winning the Superbowl, and the 2010 study ranking Louisiana the #1 happiest state nationwide, this year's theme examined positivity, fun, & joy in communities. Attendees heard about what it takes to create, measure and maintain these communities from world-class experts who have built successful careers and organizations doing just that.
