Production evaluation media

 1. 1. Foundation Production Evaluation.
Tiffany Colbert As Media
www.tiffanycolbertasmedia.wordpress.com
2. 2. Question One
3. 3. In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
4. 4. Using a point of view shot tilted down makes our thriller different to other teenage thrillers. We are showing that teenagers aren't always the typical victims in thrillers creating a new macguffin to attract the audience and get them thinking from the start.
5. 5. However with this urban location shot at the beginning of “I am Adam” is more of a common opening for a modern day thriller, the audience expects to see this. Our opening relates back to the style of an Alfred Hitchcock Film.
6. 6. Creating a mid-shot like a day dream creates the sense of the story unreeling itself as we are looking at the future and as an audience we start to create up the red herring to the thriller by ourselves. Another point why my thriller is original.
