    • Parking Permits
      • Students, parking permits can be purchased during all three lunches.  You will need
      • a completed 20010-2011
      • William B. Travis High School
      • parking permit application,
      • 35 dollars cash or money order,
      • a valid Texas Driver’s License,
      • and proof of insurance. 
    • Parking Permits
      • We are currently selling permits to all grade levels.  Failure to purchase a parking permit before Tuesday, September 7 will result in your vehicle being booted, and a forty dollar fine will have to be paid in order to have it removed. 
      If you have any questions please contact Officer Hall at your earliest convenience.
      • Pep Rally this Friday!!
      • $1 dressed in spirit attire.
      • $2 if not dressed in spirit attire.
      • Tickets will be sold at lunch on Friday.

      •   There will be a meeting TODAY, Tuesday the 31st, after school in Ms. Taracido’s room (E-139). Make sure you make the necessary arrangements to attend.

      • If you are interested in being apart of the Prom Committee our first meeting will be Friday, September 3, 2010 at 6:45AM in Room C124,

      Prom Committee
      • We will be having our first member meeting next week on Thursday the 2nd of September. The meeting will be held after school at 2:45pm in Ms. Taracido’s class (E-139).
      Attention SNHS members
      • Make sure you make the necessary arrangements so you can attend. This meeting is for all SNHS members that wish to continue in the club. If you are not present it will be assumed that you do not wish to continue in the club.

      • TIME:  2:40 – 3:15pm
    • The Travis Theatrical Company is proud to announce the third annual New Faces Show, “12 Angry Pigs.”   The New Faces show is open to any student who has never before been on stage here at Travis to participate. 
    • Auditions and Technical Crew sign ups will be Tuesday, August 31 at 2:45 in the Black Box Theatre (Room H108).  The play will be directed by Senior Abbey Crane and will be lots of fun for all, so come out if this would be your first show with us.  Auditions will last until 5pm. 
      • There is a mandatory Diversity Club Officer’s Only meeting in L213 on Wednesday, September 1st from 2:45-3:45. 
      • Please be prompt.
      • There will be a short meeting of the French Club on Thursday, September 2nd after school to elect officers.  You can join French club at that time or see Mrs. Cox in room E131.  
      Membership is $20.00 which includes your dues & a club T-shirt.  
      • If you are interested in joining student council, there will be a mandatory information meeting Thursday, Sept. 2nd at 7:00 or 2:30 in Mrs. Pace’s room, L226. 
      • You must attend this meeting if you want to be a part of student council for the
      • 2010-2011 school year. 
      • This will be the only opportunity to join, so be there or be square.
    • If you want to be an FFA member this year, be sure to stop by and see Ms. Miller in room D104.
      • You must be in an Agriculture Science class at least one semester out of the year.
      • Our first meeting is Tuesday, September 14 at 6pm for parents and members.
      • Want to pursue a future career in business? Earn awards along with recognition? Or even go to a Rockets game during school?

      • will be holding their first meet THIS THURSDAY, September 2nd, in room K204 and will begin promptly at 2:45 P.M after school.
