KITs is a transport information network that encourages transportation behavior change, promotes environmental awareness and social interdependence.

Based on current transit infrastructure in Kaohsiung City, we propose a system that gathers and integrates user-generated data to track transportation usage and its effect on environment. Various applications in different scenarios are designed to engage the
general public with every one’s personal contribution to the city. The applications also focus on enabling user interaction, enhancing the influence of green commuters over personal vehicle users.
