    • For 08-09 academic year, the school will need to make certain that the student graduated on/after December 1, 2007.
    • For the 09-10 year, the school will need to make certain that the student graduated on/after December 1, 2008 or that the student received the EARN scholarship in the previous year.
      • CFI will provide a mechanism on the web and in the upload/download file to signify which students previously received EARN; for the indicated prior recipients the school will not have to evaluate the high school graduation date since the presumption is that it was previously confirmed.
    • For 10-11 year, the school will need to make certain that the student graduated on/after December 1, 2009 or that the student received the EARN scholarship in a previous year.
    • And so on.
