Indy Mitra is a founding member of IIBA ® and has been an active participant in the Senior Leadership Team since the organization’s inception in 2004, most recently in the Board role of Secretary.
Indy is a Senior Business Consultant with BMO Financial Group where she has worked for the last 12 years. Indy has worked as a business analyst in a number of capacities since 1981.
Kathleen has been the President of IIBA ® since its inception in March 2004 and recently became its full-time CEO. Kathleen has over 25 years experience in the Information Technology field. Particular fields of expertise include network infrastructure, industry research, benchmarking, retail and e-business in large and small enterprises.
Alain Arseneault is a member of the IIBA ® Senior Leadership Team in the role of VP Marketing and Communications. He also serves on the Board of Directors. He previously held the position of Chief Strategist for two years.
Alain has been at BMO Financial Group for 12 years. In his current role he is Head of Accreditation Programs, and is responsible for the governance of Business Analysis for the enterprise.
Teresa Cheung (J.D. and Masters of Law) is Legal Counsel to IIBA ® committed to providing innovative and practical legal solutions to support IIBA ® growth. Teresa works for Wires Jolley LLP, an innovative business law firm in downtown Toronto serving professional and industry associations, major corporations, entrepreneurs, and individuals in a wide range of legal services.
Sandra oversees all project deliverables for the IIBA ® , ranging from information technology to process re-engineering as well as coordinates its team of contractors, third party vendors and volunteers.
Julian has been actively involved in IIBA for the last three years, the first two years as Chief Architect and most recently as Product Manager, New Media, responsible for a number of Web 2.0 products and services (e.g., Webinars, Forums, etc.).
Julian is the Business Analysis Centre of Competency Lead at BMO Financial Group, driving best practices and supporting the needs of Business Analysts within the organization.
