In Noah St John's book "The Book of Afformations, 4th Edition", he describes a simple four step process on how to change your mindset.

Each step is simple to do, but they are just as easy to not do.

Step One: Write down your desires. Or write down those negative questions you ask yourself.

Step Two: Form your desire into a question or turn the negative questions into empowering ones.

Step Three: Give your self to the question. Use all modalities with your afformation. Write it down. Say it. Read it. Listen to it.

Step Four: Take action. Write down three action steps for each question and start taking action.
