    It makes the costumer not feel like “someone”

    • 15. Everyone notices a leader in the making
    • 16. Some people are natural leaders you can’t make someone a leader if they don’t want to be
    • Employees need to understand why the costumer is buying your product
    • 17. Not every costumer is going to be the right prospect
