Living Lab are based on the hypothesis that innovation can be achieved by working closely with end users, in a collaborative approach and in real environments. Basic steps: analysis of the process, proposal of changes to allow for user-driven innovation, evaluate the impact of these changes Users as co-creators, methodologies for integrating users in the process, technology, local focus and sustainability
