Partnere Torbjørn Leidal Leidal is the key Lobbyist and partner at Strategisk Kommunikasjon AS. His principals range from political parties to business-policy organisations and companies operating in waste management, media, technology, telecommunications and renewable energy. He works in both Norway and Sweden. Leidal has a journalism degree from Stockholm University and has taken part in planning and starting up several Norwegian and Swedish TV channels. He has an editorial and managerial background from NRK Radio and TV, Aftenposten, Svenska Dagbladet and Kinnevik/MTG. Lars Ole Høiby Høiby is General Manager and partner of Strategisk Kommunikasjon AS, having previously headed another major communication company for five years. He has been in charge of developing communication strategies for large national companies, organising continuous strategic, tactical and operational consultancy services relating to political communication, government and public contact, and operational assistance in crises. Høiby also has experience in finance, real estate and sales in companies including Vestenfjelske Bykreditt, Sponsor Service and Nordea. He has a degree from Oslo Business School.
Ole Arvesen Arvesen is Senior Adviser and partner at Strategisk Kommunikasjon AS, having previously headed the communication agency Talk. His résumé includes high profile positions such as that of Information Manager at the Norwegian Coastal Directorate, Editor of Demokraten and Reporter for Fredriksstad Blad and Dagbladet. He was also General Manager of the athletic association Strømsgodset IF. Arvesen has a broad experience in media consultancy and crisis management. He has lectured at the Norwegian Institute of Journalism, NATO, businesses, colleges, interest groups, government agencies, oil companies and shipping companies. Peter Raaum Raaum is Senior Adviser and partner at Strategisk Kommunikasjon AS with nearly 30 years’ experience as journalist and editor, principally at Dagbladet as Editor-in-chief, News Editor and head of its culture and debate section. Raaum is experienced in most journalistic genres, including news reporting, investigative journalism and portrait interviewing.
Mari Thjømøe Thjømøe is Special Adviser. She has a long experience in financial communications and investor relations, having worked with stock-exchange listings, share offerings and external finance. She has headed strategic processes and worked closely with organisers and advisers. Thjømøe has worked for companies like Property ASA, KLP, Statoil ASA and Norsk Hydro ASA and has sat on the boards of the Oslo Stock Exchange and the Norwegian Investor Relations Association. Thjømøe has an economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management and has completed the London Business School’s Senior Executive programme. Partners Eldbjørg Dahl Dahl is partner and Senior Adviser at Mentor Partner AS in Kristiansand. She has a broad experience as Communication Adviser and Project Manager in the areas of culture and business, and also in working with humanitarian organisations. She has studied Communication, Culture and Business Management, with an MA in Film and Television Studies from Griffith University and an MBA from Queensland University of Technology.
Cato Bruarøy Bruarøy is Board Chairman and Information Adviser at Kime Kommunikasjon AS in Bergen. He has previously worked as Financial Reporter and Desk Editor at Dagens Næringsliv’s news agency TDN Finans, as well as Web Editor and Reporter. He has been Information Adviser at a major communication company for five years and has a MB from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. Lasse Bergesen Bergesen is General Manager and Information Adviser at Kime Kommunikasjon AS in Bergen. He has worked fifteen years at Dagens Næringsliv, ten of those as Editor-in-chief for website dn.no before becoming Editor for the business section at Bergensavisen (BA) in 2005.
Kristin Høiby Høiby is Senior Adviser and partner at Sherpa Konsult AS. She is adviser for authorities and business activities in Russia. She has worked for 25 years dealing with Soviet Union and Russian affairs and has an extensive network and knowledge of Russian government, companies and organisations in the region of Northwest Russia. She is Project Manager in charge of business development, market analyses, project strategies and financing solutions. Høiby has been Managing Director at Storvik & Co in Kirkenes, Oslo, Murmansk and Arkhangelsk, and Consul at the Royal Norwegian Consulate General in Murmansk. Kåre Storvik Storvik is Senior Adviser at Sherpa Konsult AS. He has a broad experience working in Norway, Russia, Belgium and the UK and is currently specialising in developing and promoting business strategies toward, and in, the Russian market. Storvik has a comprehensive network and a lengthy experience in engineering, project and corporate management, as well as in marketing, design and manufacturing in the processing industry, nuclear power plants, shipbuilding and platform building.
Svein Thompson Thompson is General Manager and partner of Stakeholder AS. He was previously a partner at Kreab Gavin Anderson, Information Director at the Federation of Norwegian Industries, and Reporter and Editor at Dagens Næringsliv. He has an economics degree from the University of Oslo and a degree from Norwegian Defence University College. Kristin Holter Holter is partner at Stakeholder AS. She was previously Head of Ethical Trading Initiative Norway, a consultant at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in charge of human rights dialogues and CSR, as well as a journalist. Holter has a Master’s Degree from the University of Oslo.
Peggy Simcic Brønn Brønn is Associate Professor at the Norwegian School of Management (BI), where she also heads the Centre for Corporate Communication and is in charge of the Bachelor programme in PR and Communication Management. She is frequently called upon to lecture and has published a number of scientific articles on communication, and is reputedly Norway’s leading expert on the subject. Brønn has a PhD in Business Administration from Henley Management College in England. Mark Fuhrmann Fuhrmann is founder of BLUE-C. He is an experienced shipping and offshore journalist with credentials including Scandinavian correspondent for Lloyd’s of London. Fuhrmann has more than 20 years’ experience within shipping, including seismic operations offshore, marine insurance and brokerage, maritime reporting, publishing and communication.
Johnny Syversen Syversen is a photographer whose subjects are mainly people, architecture and the environment. His services are aimed at businesses, organisations and public authorities. He has been a photographer since 1986, working for media companies including Scan-Foto (Scanpix), Aftenposten and Dagens Næringsliv. Syversen does work for profiling companies, customer magazines and annual reports. Tom Aanensen Aanensen is Graphic Designer and Identity Developer. He has extensive experience in design and with ad agencies as partner, Art Director and Designer. He has won various awards in the competitions, Gullblyanten and Visuelt.
Government and public contact comprises dialogue with politicians and public officials, the general public, interest groups and the local community.
