Lemon Caprese Pasta, serves6-1 lb pasta (I used spaghettirigati)-2 cups cherry tomatoes-1 ½ cups fresh mozzarella,cut into cubes-1 cup fresh basil, roughchopped...-1 cup fresh flat leafparsley, rough chopped-1/3 cup olive oil-1/3 cup lemon juice-1 garlic clove, minced-Kosher salt and freshlycracked black pepper-(I also garnished with somepretty chive blossoms)
  • 3. Sweet yellowtomatoes, but anykind will do. Dulcetomatoes amarillo,pero cualquier clasehará.
  • 4. Fresh MozzarellaFresca Mozzarella
  • 5. BasilAlbahaca
  • 6. Bring a pot of saltedwater to a boil. Cookthe pasta to al dente.Traiga una olla deagua salada a hervir.Cocer la pasta aldente.
  • 7. While the pasta iscooking, add the basiland parsley to a bowl.Add the olive oil. Addthe lemon juice.Mientras se cocina lapasta, añadir laalbahaca y el perejil aun tazón. Añadir elaceite de oliva. Agregueel jugo de limón.
  • 8. Add the garlic clove.Añadir el diente deajo.
  • 9. Mix to combine.Mezcle paracombinar.
  • 10. Add the cherrytomatoes and toss.Agregue los tomatescherry y mezcle.
  • 11. Add the drainedpasta. Añadir la pastaescurrida.
  • 12. Add the mozzarellaand some fresh blackpepper. Agregue elqueso mozzarella y unpoco de pimientanegro fresco.
  • 13. Toss the pastatogether and seasonwith Kosher salt andmore black pepper ifdesired. Mezcle lapasta juntos y sazonecon sal kosher ypimienta negro más silo desea.
