      • CAHPS Hospital Survey (H-CAHPS) Data This component contains data collected from hospitals across the country that voluntarily submitted H-CAHPS Survey results to the CAHPS Database. During the fall of 2005, 254 hospitals submitted this data to the CAHPS Database; in 2006, 927 hospitals submitted data; in 2007, 1,313 hospitals submitted data.
