Associates and Affiliates (Users) have access to an unparalleled opportunity. The iGrow Network
Compensation Plan is both simple and powerful in it’s earnings potential and we are delighted
to welcome everyone to the iGrow Network team!
iGrow Network Users represent the iGrow brand and our line of products. In order for a Distributor
to achieve long-term success in the iGrow Network, they must be willing to promote the iGrow
Network opportunity in a legal and ethical manner. Once the Online Distributor Agreement is
signed, the first step to promoting the iGrow Network is to understand this Compensation Plan.
Become a Free iGrow Network Affiliate
Free Affiliates can earn in two ways:
- Earn a $17 commission for each iGrow Network Membership Enrollment they sell.
- Earn a 10% Commission on all direct Leafit eCommerce Sales.
Become an iGrow Network Associate
By paying a $49 Monthly Membership fee, Associates gain access to the iGrow Network Product
Line, as well as opening up additional earning streams:
- iGrow University access
- 9 Generations of Leafit eCommerce Sales
- 9 Generations of iGrow University enrollments (Uni-Level)
- 3 x 9 Forced Matrix
- Evergreen Check Match
Leafit eCommerce Sales
Commissions are paid on all direct Leafit eCommerce Sales and by those eCommerce sales in an
Associate’s Downline, based on the criteria below. Please note: you receive the percentages listed
basedontheamountiGrowNetworkreceivesfromeachretailer,notfromtheretailpriceoftheproducts.
Leafit eCommerce Commissions are paid monthly on any sales the iGrow Network has been
compensated for from the Retailers for that time period.
9 Generation Uni-Level
3. 9 Generation Uni-Level
Commissions are based on the total volume of iGrow University enrollments in an Associates
downline. Commission percentages are determined on the generation each enrollee is in.
(cutoff time is Tuesday at 11:59pm PST Cutoff for Friday Payout)
Uni-Level commissions are paid on all NEW iGrow Network Memberships. This is a one time
commission. Payments are made every Friday.
3x9 Forced Matrix
To activate Matrix earnings, Associates will simply enroll one person in the iGrow University and
begin to earn commissions on levels 1, 2 and 3. Enroll three people to the University and earn
commissions on 4, 5, and 6 levels, and enroll five and earn on all 9 levels of the 3x9 Forced
Matrix.
3x9 Forced Matrix Commissions are paid out every Friday Starting in your 2nd month as an
iGrow Network Associate.
4. Evergreen Check Match
Evergreen Check Match Commissions are based on total team sales of iGrow University
enrollments. Based on the Generation Associates fall in your Uni-level, you are paid on every
dollar they earn in Matrix.
Team Volume (TV) is based on your personal team, not your Matrix downline.
$49/month = 49 points ($1 = 1 pt)
* Developed in Separate Personal Genealogy Legs, anywhere in depth.
The Evergreen Check Match is paid weekly with the Matrix. Once you are qualified for the
Evergreen Check Match, you will receive Check Matches on Associates in your downline, after
they make their 2nd month Membership payment. No Evergreen Check Matches will be paid
from Associates’ first month Membership payments.
iG3K Club EXCLUSIVE!!!
Maximum of 3,000 Associates in the Club
Qualifications:
- Maintain Your iGrow Network Associate Status
- Maintain 3 Personally Referred iGrow Network Monthly Memberships
- Should you fall out of Qualification, you will have 30 days to requalify before your spot In the
iG3K Club is given to the next Qualified iGrow Network Associate.
Benefits:
- Equal share of ALL VIP Pool (Viral Installs Pool) App Downloads.
- Double payments on Leafit eCommerce Commissions on all 9 Generations (20% first generation,
10% 2nd - 7th, 20% on 8th and 9th).

The iGrow Network, Inc. Compensation Plan is subject to change without notice. iGrow Network
reserves the right to update, change, or amend this document as needed. It is the responsibility
of all Users to fully read the iGrow Network Terms and Conditions, and the Policy & Procedures,
and to remain in compliance with them at all times. Failure to do so may result in the termination
of the Associate/Affiliate. iGrow Network does not refund any commissions in the system at the
time of termination.
