CDH Providers provide high quality child care in a safe and healthy environment. They offer creative activities and a routine to provide consistency in children’s day to day activities If you are interested in becoming a CDH Provider, stop by our office located within the CDC Bldg 965 today and pick up an application Our orien- tation classes are held quarterly, our next class is the week of August 8th -12th 2011. The certification process involves the following: A completed application with sponsors approval, successful completion of local and federal background checks, in home interview with spouse, family members & CDH staff, completion of orientation class & a 3 hour mentor lab. You must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED, be in good physical, emotional and mental health. If you need more information or would like to become a CDH Provider, please call or stop by the office between the hours of 8:00-4:30pm. 559-998-4571/4570. Child Development Homes For your Child Care needs contact the CDH office. The CDH office is open from 8:00-4:30 Monday through Friday. Our program offers a referral service to assist parents with their childcare needs. Our referral listing has many openings to suit the unique needs of active duty and DoD Civilian employees.
