The objective of NCPACE is to provide shipboard personnel with educational opportunities comparable to those available to shore duty personnel
Tuition is funded 100%
Personnel assigned to US Naval vessels and commands with sea duty UIC of type 2 or 4.
USMAP provides Department Of Labor (DOL) registered apprenticeships to active duty service members.
Active duty/FTS, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, or Navy and,
Designated in a Rating/MOS and,
Sufficient time to complete program while on AD

COOL (Credentialing Opportunities On-Line) explains how Navy service members can meet civilian certification and license requirements related to their ratings, jobs, designators, and collateral duties/assignments.

The MyCAA program is open to all eligible spouses
