      • AusPost has a large investment in NetWeaver technology (over 50 instances)
      • AusPost has several NetWeaver usage types (CRM, ERP, PI, BI, EP, SRM, GRC, etc)
      • AusPost allocated budget to deploy cost saving initiatives and improved quality through Solution Manager deployment
      • SolMan landscape designed on scalable IBM PowerVM technology.
      • SolMan Production and Non-Production systems deployed
      • SolMan functionality prioritised and deployed one Work Center at a time.
      • All new processes and functionality documented and stored in SolMan learning maps
      • SolMan activities part of day to day support duties
      • Several management reports created and distributed
      • SolMan is evolving into a mission critical system at AusPost
