(Fixed Bid Project) Oakland County (Government) Jawood’s consultant redesigned and delivered the County’s Leadership Development Curriculum. We designed and delivered a Strategic Planning Course For Senior Management (Fixed Bid Project). Jawood training resources delivered courses in Diversity, Stress Management, Communication Skills, and HIPAA . Ford Motor Company (Automotive & Manufacturing) We repurposed the engineer curriculum from instructor-led to on-line. Our senior consultant created a brand identity and associated training course for an international marketing audience. Our senior consultant created single point lessons for the senior executive staff. Jawood provided organizational development consultants to facilitate workflow changes in support of flattened design teams.
