Recent client feedback .  We sold our house ($700k - $800k price range) in less than 3 months in a generally bad market for real estate, given the economic news coming out during summer 2011.  Our house sold while others in the neighborhood are still for sale, and we attribute that to the marketing strategy and presentation of our house, in which Beth and Tom were intricately involved. Their market analysis and pricing strategy proved to be on target.   .  Tom and Beth devoted exceptional energy to selling our home and really rose to the occasion during our negotiations, through several rounds of tricky counteroffers, and we were able to sell close to our asking price during a time of downward pressure on real estate prices.  We especially relied on their team to find a good strategy for accepting a contingent offer and securing a backup offer.
