HrostuliDough:50 dKg of flourSome baking powder2 egg yolks1 egg2 tablespoons of sugar1 tablespoon of rumA pinch of salt2 dl sour cream1 tablespoon of oilDecoration:10 dag of powdered sugarPreparation:Stir flour with baking powder. Mix egg yolks, egg, sugar, rum and salt to create foam.Make a dent in the flour and add sour cream, oil and egg yolk mixture in it.Knead dough and let it rest for about half an hour in the refrigerator.Roll it out thin and cut into thin stripes. Fry in hot oil for a short time (2 min).
