      9.9 million reported drunk driving...

      Use of prescription pain relievers is on the rise (4.1% - 4.6%)
      The rate of alcohol use among youths aged 12-17 was 15.9%.
      Half of youths said obtaining Marijuana would be FAIRLY or VERY EASY.
