Well, here are 3 good and easy to do ways to get rid of these 10 pounds.
Cooking not frying.
Eat a hardboiled egg instead of an omelet.
One spoon of oil has 50 calories, frying absorbed at least two teaspoons.
By the way, hardboiled egg is hardboiled egg, not egg salad with mayonnaise.
Prefer slices of bread on pita bread.
Average Pita has 240 calories, two slices of bread – only 140.
We mean, the slice size like sliced bread at the supermarket.
Not the huge slice you cut yourself when nobody is looking.
Preparing a cheese sandwich?
Spread White cheese and not butter or margarine.
