  • What is glossophobia.. Stage fear, stage fright, fear of speking in front of public… Biggest fear of all time. More than 90% people are affected with stage fright Kash mere pass koi jaadu hota ya tablet hoti.. Unfortunaltely, there is no shortcut.. You have to go through this.. You have to face it.. You have to fight with it. You have to knock it down.. Boom boom boom..
  • Is fear good? Think about it.. Actully fear is good. It’s your natural defense system. You should acknowledge that.. There will be no life without fear. Road cross.. Dead, You are on the roof of 20 story building.. Jump.. Dead.. Fear keeps you on the edge.. In case of public speaking, it will improve your body language.. It will inspire you to prepare well… I think middle of the stage is not the good place to be fearless.. You don’t want to very casual there.. Now let me ask you again.. Is it good??

  • Increase your “Hi, Hello, How are you”.. Start Talking to people… Show genuine interest in them..Be interactive.. Try to be the part of conversations… There will be another session on this.. Interpersonal skills.. Your audience is special
