A seasoned IT executive with multiple start-ups, Mr. Curri n overs ees
company di rection and strategy. Starting his career in cabling and
hardware, he quickly learned the v alue of working hard and doing the best
job possible. He has since developed a passion for building honest long
lasting relationships through offering a great service and respect for
everyone. He is widely recognized as a leader in the Information
Technology field.

Mr. Bruce Currin / CEO

Mr. Currin has enhanced and proven out sold methods for mi gration services and support services for any IT
need. He has managed enterprise data center’s for over 25 years. He has developed cost reduction methods
that he can pass along to his customers. He has managed ov er 180 clients at one time, meeting and managing
every account. Building the staff for several start up companies, including all software and hardware needed
to build the internal IT infrastructure.

Mr. Currin has worked with a wide array of projects including large Software ins talls or upgrades for clients
in the retail, banking and energy industry. As co-founder of MGE, and CEO of Sunrise Information Technology
Solutions Group, LLC, Mr. Currin developed business strategi es, to keep the organization lean and offer
services in many different ways to his clients. Mr. Currin has experience in onshore and offs hore teams
building a managed services environment from s tart up to completion. He has worked with large teams
spread across several conti nents.

Dr. Oergel is an accomplished mission critical sales professional
with over 25 y ears of experience in the power generation industry.
Tim has served as a data center design/build consultant and also
writes articles and white papers for 'Mission Critical Magazine and
‘The Genset Doc’ blogs with data center i ndus try news. Prior to co-
founding MGE, Tim spent 15 y ears in power systems sales and
marketing for O EM distributors carrying brands like MTU Onsite
Energy, Cummins, and Caterpillar.

Dr. Oergel also spent some years ‘in the field’ working on installation and tes ting of electrical switchgear, and
on various engine platforms while serving in the USAF an d US Army. Tim is currently the Founder and CEO of
Leadership Logic, which is now in its seventh y ear as an executive traini ng and leaders hip dev elopment fi rm.

Dr. Oergel is heavily credentialed in the power generation industry and can relate and trans late his
experi ences wi th data center clients in a way that has the 'Owner''s Perspective' in mind. In 2000, Tim earned
a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education (BSOE) from Wayland Baptist University located in
Plainview, Texas. He also attended the University of Phoenix, in Arizona, but after 9/11, he decided to transfer
his MBA program to Phoenix University of Theology where he completed a Master of Arts in Management
(M.Min) degree in 2003, and went on to obtai n a Doctorate i n Marketplace Ministry (D..MpM.) completing a
dissertation/practicum in CEO Leadership & Marketi ng in 2005.

We have over 180 carrier relationships across the USA and we partner with
Premise One as well as other industry leaders like CenturyLink, Windstream
Communications, Level 3 Communications, Global Crossing, AboveNet, XO, TW
Pattie Daggett-Resendez Telecom, MegaPath, Earthlink, Integra, etc as well as numerous
VP of DC Equipment data/colocation centers across the country.
Procurement
Pattie is also the Founder and CEO of Skyworx Technology Partners, and has
25+ years of experience in our industry.

We manage design, sales, and installation of critical power systems for data
centers, computer rooms, and serv er closets in commercial buildings, and
government facilities throughout North America.

We provide project dev elopment and specifying of Uninterruptible Power
Systems (UPS) for critical power technologies. We are a 24 x 7 service
organization wi th emergency on call service for any brand of UPS, Generator,
or Swi tchgear Line-up. We also offer battery sizing and run time analysis for
proper uptime in the event of a long term outage. Power quality analysis and
Charles “Mike” Decker load bal ancing for more efficient data center operation.
Director of Equipment Sale s
Prior to joi ning MGE, for ov er 22 years, Charles managed 26 direct report
District sales managers covering 53 wholesal e and 64 retail operations
throughout the US and Canada. He left in 1997 and started his own
distribution company, then negotiated the sale of it to Interstate Batteri es.

Tim provides telephone, online and face-to-face customer service/support
within hi gh-volume call centers, marine power centers, engine and parts
distribution centers, Industrial Power generation service sales, busy retail
customer service desks and five-star resorts.
Tim offers fifteen years of commended performance in key customer service,
technical sales and support roles. He is an expert in customer
care/communications, problem solving, relationship building and user
training and support.

James Graham James is responsible for technical service business development for an
Technical Services Manager IBM AS/400, iSeries and i5 Solutions Provider. The position
requirements include departmental budgeting, associate sel ection and
annual reviews. Additionally he responsible for i nitial and ongoing
customer sales assistance, installation of new systems, capacity
planni ng, systems and network design consulti ng.

James 15+ years of experi ence includes the ini tial design, construction
and implementation of a 6000 square foot data center us ed to provide
secure and climate controlled space for an existing cus tomer system and
an ISP/ASP hosting service. This included equipment and vendor
selection, coordination of installation, preventative maintenance,
facilities modifications and upgrades, and cus tomer relationship
support.

Tony McHutcheon Tony has in depth knowledge of all DC environmental equipment
Data Center Manager including Power distribution units, CR/AC’s, power distribution panels
and Emergency engine generators.

Tony has 15 y ears experience directing the operations and budgets of
Engineeri ng, Security, Tape Operations, Telecom, and Facilities
Hardware and had overall res ponsibility for in-house and outsourced
Data Center operation Management. Interacted with 5 different business
units and senior management to establish and mai ntain strategic
direction, operating policies, business conti nuity/recov ery, and floor
space and project management. Res ponsible for maintaini ng the l evels
of services as well as implementation of new services and ensure
financial controls were i n place along with budgeting and forecasting.

David R. Dunn, CCIM, SIOR Sperry Van Ness is a full service commercial real estate brokerage
firm. We provide commercial real estate services to large
Principal Broker corporations, middle market businesses and individual
entrepreneurial investors. We offer advisory services for the sales
and leasing of commercial properties locally, regionally and
nationally. Our Advisors provide creative solutions in order to
help you achieve your goal.

Michael R. Burgett, P.E.
As CEO of Electrical Designs, Inc. (EDI), Michael Burgett
maintains direct leadership over each engineering project.
Having worked in the electrical engineering consulting field
since 1978, Mr. Burgett's experience includes the design of
petroleum facilities, high tech manufacturing, heal th care,
commercial, hotels, institutional and industrial facilities.
Pools, water parks, clean rooms, and data centers have been
the excitement of the past few months. Always filling in
with tenant improvements at office spaces and restaurants.
Mr. Burgett has been involved in continuing education with respect to medium voltage
relay coordination, National Electrical Code, Telecommunications/LAN, and power
quality (U.P.S. systems, transient voltage protection, lightning protection. etc.) for the
past fifteen years. His appointment as lead engineer and licensed electrical contractor
for a design‐build firm specializing in petroleum facilities in Arizona, California, and
Nevada further attests to his skills and experience. As the lead engineer, Michael was
also responsible for the coordination of civil, mechanical and electrical engineering and
for construction coordination. In the recent years, Mr. Burgett was responsible for a
service upgrade, new generators, and enclosures to house this equipment for Banner
Mesa (formerly Mesa Lutheran) Medical Center, Discover Card, and U.S. Food Service.
Each of these multimillion dollar projects was “primed” by EDI for design.
Mr. Burgett has been instrumental in upgrading the design staff to be 3 ‐dimensionally
capable, with Revit by Autodesk and others; also the staff has been trained on SKM
captor and dapper for short circuit and full coordination analysis, as well as AGI 32
illumination studies.

Bob Bowen
Executive Vice President – Dallas
As executive vice president at Manhattan Cons truction Co., Bob Bowen provides executive oversight of the
company’s general building division offices throughout the United States. Bowen began his career at
Manhattan in 1981 when he joined the company as a project engi neer. After a s eries of promotions, Bowen
was appointed executive vice president of Manhattan’s Dallas division. Under his leadershi p the D allas
division grew three fold and constructed nationally acclaimed projects including Dallas Cowboys Stadium and
The Ballpark at Arlington. Bob was promoted to his current corporate -wide role i n 2011.
Bob is an active member in the industry and the local community. He is a founding board member of the
Construction Industry Outreach Advisory Council (CIOAC), a non -profit association committed to providing
diversity in the construction industry and to promotion the construction profession to the future workforce.
He is a board member of the Dallas Architectural Foundation, The University of Texas at Arlington College of
Architecture, Bridge Builders /Construction Education Foundation, Dallas Capital Improv ement Board, TEXO
Board, and Construction M anagement Association of America (CMAA).
Bowen graduated in 1981 with a B.S. in Building Construction from Texas A&M University in College Station,
Texas.

Mark Penny
DBIA Senior Vice President
As senior vice president of Manhattan Construction Co.’s Dallas division Mark Penny oversees general
building s ervices for the no rth Texas region of the U. S. Prior to this position Mark served as project executive
for Manhattan where he was recently at the helm of one of the nation’s most challenging, high-profile projects
- Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. This project received multiple national and international honors of
which the PMI (Project M anagement Institute) International Project of the Year Award Fi nalist is the most
telling of M ark’s expertise. Mark is a frequently requested key note speaker throughout the U. S. on topi cs
including best practices in project management and risk management.
Mark is has more than 20 years of cons truction industry experience and holds the Professional DBIA (Design-
Build Institute of America) distinction. This is the premier credential for d esign-build practitioners who are
experts with significant hands -on experi ence i n the design-build arena.
Mark is also an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) since 2008.
Mark graduated wi th a Bachelor of Science Architectural Engi neering from the University of Texas at Austin,
Texas in 1993.
