    • They lived in the northeast Arizona.
    • 3. It was really hot there.
    • 4. In the winter it is not so cold.
  • Home Structure and FamilyStructure…
    • There house was made out of a mesa.
    • 5. More than 20 people could live in the mesa.
  • Food…
    They eat corn , pica bread , they grew different kinds of beans.
    They were farmers and they were gathers.
  • 6. Clothing and tools…
    There clothes are made out of animal skins and cotton. They wear sandals or moccasins on their feet. The Hopi clothes fit very loose.
    There tools were spear thrower and they used knives , and they used saws made out of animal jaws.
  • 7. Religious beliefs and Communication…
    They believe that the Kachina doll were there god.
    They used pantings and made carvings.
  • 8. ARTS & CRAFTS…
    They made carvings & pantings & pottery.
  • 9. HOPI TODAY…
