Lobular Carcinoma of the Breast <ul><li>Arises from terminal ductules of the TDLUs </li></ul><ul><li>Types: classic, alveolar, solid, pleomorphic </li></ul><ul><li>Incidence: 1-20% of invasive breast cancers </li></ul><ul><li>Pure ILC does not involve nipple </li></ul><ul><li>Tendency to be multicentric and bilateral </li></ul>
