      • Adenoid cystic carcinoma
      • Pleomorphic adenoma

    9. Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma
      • Most common malignant salivary gland tumor
      • Can occur as a primary in the lung and arises in the trachea and main bronchi
      • Two types:
        • Nodular: polypoid projection into lumen
        • Subepithelial: along long axis of bronchus
