  • 2. The definition of cyber bullying from the Merriam Webster’s dictionary is the electronic posting of mean-spirited messages about a person often done anomalously.

    Girls are more likely to be the target
    40% of teenagers have reported being cyber bullied over the past year
    Suicide is two times more likely with cyber bullying
     
  • 4. Impacts of being cyber bullied
    Low self of steam
    Depression
    Anxiety
    Suicide
    Poor academic performance
    Dropping out of school
  • 5. How to stop cyber bullying
    If you wouldn’t say it to a persons face don’t say it online
    Tell an adult if you are being cyber bullied or if you know someone being cyber bullied
    Block communications with the person cyber bullying you
  • 6. What to do if you are being cyber bullied
    Tell a trusted adult
    Block communications with that person
    Stop using the site that you are being cyber bullied on
  • 7. We can stop cyber bullying and make kids happy again
