The students continue speaking out numbers in this manner by adding 1 to 8 to the number </li></ul><ul><li>last spoken. The student who speaks 100 first wins the game. Who wins the game? </li></ul><ul><li>I. A starts the game and picks chit with number 1. </li></ul><ul><li>II. B speaks second and speaks 10. </li></ul>
