Caneças has a long story but we will tell you just a little bit about it. In the past Caneças was important because it provided water to the capital, Lisbon. In Caneças there is the «Aqueduto das Águas Livres»

Here is the entrance of our school. The students have to pass the student's card through a machine to buy many things without money.
Next to the entrance there is a bike parking area and a car parking area, too.
Near the entrance of the school, there are recycle bins and containers.
The school is composed of seven buildings, A,B,C,D,F,G and a gym. All of them have different colours.
In block A there are computer rooms, a library, the teachers room and the school board.
Here is the Library of our school. In the library we can watch movies. Here the students can to charge their student cards.
In block B (yellow) there are classrooms and there is an auditorium. It is in some of these classrooms that Art classes take place.
The walls were painted by students.
In block C (pink) there are many classrooms, a computer room and loockers.
D (dark pink) has a buffet, a canteen and a stationer’s. The students association has there a room for meetings. It is also in this block that students socialize.
This is the canteen of the school. Place where students can relax. This is the buffet.
In building F (green) there are classrooms, computer rooms, labs and there is a theatre room. Menu
G (blue) is the block where there are Physics and Chemistry labs, classrooms and a computer rooms.
In the gym, we have Physical Education classes.
We can practise many sports.
Our school has also some green areas but these aren't very well preserved!
