What is twitter to people?  Twitter is a website, owned and operated by Twitter Inc., which offers a social networking and micro blogging service, enabling its users to send and read other users' messages called tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the user's profile page.  Since its creation in 2006 by Jack Dorsey, Twitter has gained popularity worldwide and currently has more than 175 million users. Quantcast estimates Twitter has 54 million monthly unique U.S. visitors. It is sometimes described as the "SMS of the Internet."

  • 4. How twitter could fly high?  As a social network,Twitter revolves around the principle of followers.When you choose to follow anotherTwitter user that user's tweets appear in reverse chronological order on your mainTwitter page.
  • 5. How twitter could fly high?  If you follow 20 people, you'll see a mix of tweets scrolling down the page: breakfast- cereal updates, interesting new links, music recommendations, even musings on the future of education.
  • 6. How twitter could fly high?  Consequently,  Related links that connects everyone.  Contents of related links could be anything.  People share their knowledge and information in quick and easy way.
