  1. 1. A Tale of Photosynthesis By: Eric and Calen 5th Hour
  2. 2. “Hello, I am Kevin, the plant, and I am here to tell you about my tale of discovering photosynthesis,” “The basics of photosynthesis is how I get my food from light and energy,” “Being a plant is amazing, don’t you wish you could be a plant,?”
  3. 3. “The first step to this amazing and easy process is gathering water and carbon dioxide, from ground and air respectively,” “Isn’t photosynthesis amazing,” “Here is a diagram to show you the steps,”
  4. 4. “Hello, I am Kevin’s friend, Window the sunflower,” “I am here because Kevin is an idiot and gets lost very easily,” “I am going a little more deep into the wonderful world of biology or photosynthesis, whatever you prefer to call it,” “Here is a wonderful diagram of wonderful me doing wonderful photosynthesis,”
  5. 5. “Now in the wonderful world of photosynthesis, the main organelle that activates the process is the wonderfully known chloroplast,” “It contains a pigment or part called the wonderfully known chlorophyll,” “Only plants, protists and bacteria have chloroplasts, those kingdoms are known as autotrophs, which means the kingdoms that make their own food,” “Isn’t that wonderful,”
  6. 6. “Hello, Kevin again, I found my way back, so I threw Window out of a window,” “Have you ever wondered why plants are green,?” “It’s because they absorb every color but green, which means they reflect green,” “Isn’t that amazing,” “I know it’s amazing,” “It’s the most amazingly amazing thing in the world,”
  7. 7. “Have you ever wondered how plants take in oxygen or all things in the air,?” “It’s thanks to the stomata or the little holes on the bottom of leaves,” “They are amazingly amazing, in the amazing way they operate,” “Here is another simple yet amazing diagram to guide you along your journey through the amazing and wonderful world of science,”
  8. 8. “We are back to tell you our last amazingly wonderful fact about photosynthesis,” Kevin: “The byproducts of everything we gather forms oxygen and glucose (sugar),” Window: “We use the glucose/sugar as energy and building material,” Kevin and Window: “Simply wonderful and amazing this process is,” Kevin: “You’re welcome for the oxygen,”
