Today, our activities are balanced in two areas. Approximately half of our manufacturing
capacity is allocated to white label product for major companies who prefer to rebrand our
product with their successful brands and to make it appear as if they made it. The other half is
dedicated to our own Tire Lyna brand of products for niche markets.

Q1. How often is Tire Lyna applied?
A. Tire Lyna is applied only once and lasts for the legal tread life of the tire.
Q2. How is Tire Lyna applied?
A. It will depend on the application you choose. The spray gel is sprayed with an air gun,
the injection gel is applied with an air operated pump or a manual pump and the rim
flange gel is applied by a brush or a large swab.
Q3. Does Tire Lyna affect tire manufacture’s warranty?
A. No. Tire Lyna does not affect tire or rim warranty. Tire manufacturer warranties
specifically state that “unless the introduced product damages the tire” it will not affect
their warranty. All chemicals used in Tire Lyna are bio-degradable and inert.

A. No. Tire Lyna contains rust & corrosion inhibitors to protect ferrous and non- ferrous
metals.

Tire Lyna Spray Gel
• Tire Lyna spray gel is sprayed evenly throughout the entire casing with an air operated spray gun before
the tire is mounted. Once coated the tires can go into service or stored for several months. Tire Lyna spray
gel clings to the casing liner and protects the casing from vent leaks, heat and oxidation damage and helps
tires maintain their pressure over thousands of miles.
Tire Lyna Injection Gel
• Tire Lyna injection gel is pumped in to the tire before mounting on the rim or it can be pumped through the
valve stem (core removed) with an air operated or a hand pump (sold separately). Once the correct amount
is applied the gel evenly coats the entire casing within a few miles of drive time. As the tires warm up the
gel will work through the inner bead and stop bead leaks. Once the gel has coated the entire casing area it
does not pool to the bottom. Large section repairs are easily made simply by pushing aside the gel. Tire Lyna
injection gel maintains tire pressure, stops vent leaks and bead leaks, continually self seals punctures up to ½
an inch and while protecting the casing from heat and oxidation damage it also absorbs water vapor making
the tires run a lot cooler. Tire Lyna injection gel is engineered as a total casing management solution.
Tire Lyna Rim Flange Gel
• Tire Lyna rim flange gel is engineered for pitted and rusty rim flange area and is pre-applied to the rim
flange before mounting the tire. Once the tire is mounted and aired; it gives the tire bead a really good seal
eliminating slow leaks. Adding Tire Lyna injection gel will give the seal extra insurance.

The foundation of a tire will depend on the integrity of its casing. This is the body (or carcass) of the tire ...
the “foundation” upon which everything is built. In the first place, the casing is an element that allows the
tire to guarantee its principal task, i.e., to support the load. When the tire is inflated, the air is injected at a
pressure in relation to the volume of the tire, which makes it possible to support the load weighing on the
tire. The purpose of the casing is to contain air under pressure and consequently the load. Finally, it’s the
casing that transmits the vehicle’s torque stresses to the tread, which is in contact with the ground, resisting
considerable longitudinal stresses to transmit the motive torque and the braking torque, which tend to
separate the cables that compose it.

After more than 2 years of field testing your product in numerous truck fleets which we service
regularly, I am happy to say that Tire Lyna has proven to be stable, reliable and trouble free
throughout the life of a tire in which it has been installed. One of the biggest problems we face
when it comes to larger fleets is air pressure. Many times a tire will need to be removed from
service to irregular wear caused by it being run on low air. We do offer a service to monitor and
adjust air pressure on a regular basis; but in order to properly gauge air pressure and top up
tires one by one weekly is not only very time consuming but costly for our customers as well.
Thumping tires is simply a quick means for us tofind punctured tires during yard checks. A 10
psi drop is very difficult to determine by doing a “thump test” because the tire isn’t actually
“flat”; however it is enough to cause irregular wear. By offering and installing Tire Lyna, we have
found that tires will hold a steady air pressure with no more then a 5 psi drop over a the life of
the tire as long as it doesn’t get punctured. In most cases when a treated tire gets punctured,
the product seals the leak with very little air loss and will hold until it can be repaired properly.
There are far less roadside tire failures this way and it is good for our business because we
don’t lose roadside calls to the competition; the truck makes it back home and is repaired
during the next scheduled yard check. Tire Lyna has also proven itself to be very easy to work
with if a puncture repair has to be done on a tire. It doesn’t interfere with repair materials. We
have put many treated tire casings through the retreading process and have had no problems
at all. The casing liner in a treatedtire is in far better condition than a non-treated one which
means more retreads out of the casing before it needs to be scrapped. Overall by integrating
Tire Lyna into our existing fleet maintenance programs we are able to offer solutions to our
customers without the high costs that were associated with them before. We like to consider
Tire Lyna an important tool for our business; tire service is not the same without it.

Hello my Name is Stan Buller, and I am a professional painter. I was called to go do a job at Tire Lyna for an
insurance claim job. While I was there Noorez, the Founder was telling me about this product that he had
invented to prevent and repair damaged tires. A couple of weeks later when I was going back to Tire Lyna to
finish the job I got a leak in my tire. I stopped at the gas station and aired up the tire but once I arrived my
tire was flat again. So I asked Noorez, Can you fix this? Sure enough, he said no problem. Come around back
and pull your car in. He didn’t even jack up the vehicle, just pulled out the valve core stem of the tire and
injected it with some gel. He filled the tire up again with air and I went for a 15 minute drive. Sure enough
it was good as new!!This happened six weeks ago and the tire is in perfect condition. I was extremely
surprised that this product sealed the gash in my tire without needing to replace or repair the tire. I give my
