      Scan through; majority are put into the “no” pile
      Put “maybe’s” aside
      Go through “maybe’s” again – select top 10-12
      HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU THINK IS REALLY SPENT READING EACH RESUME. . . . ?

      Unprofessional dress – first impressions do count
      Telling your life story, especially personal information
      Interrupting
      No eye contact
      No relevant questions for interviewer

      NOT DOING YOUR HOMEWORK!!
